Is there anyway to set up cell in way that I have seen a pdf document where a
left click on the cell will activate an "x" or a checkmark in that cell?

You can use a  checkmark box, view>toolbars>forms toolbar, drag the checkbox
to the cell.

Thanks, this works nicely except I am left with a "ch" next to the box when I
print it.  Is there anyway to get rid of the "ch"?

Hello Shadyhosta,

Right-click the box, select the text, press the delete key.
