Titles on worksheets

How do I get a title to be printed on the top of the worksheet?
For instance, Attendance, January - March, 2005
Max - 08 Apr 2005 18:46 GMT
Click File > Page Setup > Header/Footer tab > Custom Header

Place the cursor within the desired section (Left - Centre - Right)
and then put the header there, eg: Attendance, January - March, 2005

Click OK > OK
