How do i refresh external data import in excel in seconds

I am inporting external data (market securities data) from website. The
"external data range properties" has a tab to auto-update the data in
minutes. But I want to update the data in seconds (may be two or three
seconds once). Please advise me, how do I do this?

Unfortunately, you are at the mercy of the refresh rate of the externa
data source

I asked the question given that the external data source is refreshed more
frequently than a minute. Please help.
