Is the Excel spreadsheet an attachment? If you aren't sure, perhaps you need
to check with your ISP first.

Yes an attachment has been indicated,.. that is indicted by a paper clip is
that correct? If so, how do we now go about opening it? while we are at it

ISP = Internet Service Provider.
Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express?
