How do I create the angled fields above a spreadsheet for titles?

Look at:
Format / Cells / Alignment and use the orientation adjustment

And if you want to see the cell outline angled as well, you need to set
a cell border as well.

Hi!

Select a cell then goto Format>Cells>Alignment tab

On the right side you'll see Orientation. You can either use the spinner
where it says degrees or you can "grab" the dial indicator with your mouse
and drag to the desired angle.
