I've built a form in Excel.  I've protected it.  When the user is tabbing
down through the form I want it to stop at the check box so the person can
check it.  Also, how do I change it from checking it with the mouse to just
hitting the space bar and having it check?

Before you protect it.  Right click on the check box, go to the Protection
tab and uncheck Lock Cells.  Then reprotect. You should be able to click the
checkbox now.
