How can one set up a survey form in Excel? is there anywhere where there are clear instructions? Thanks. Janev Hi Janev, it depends what you want to do? Do you want spaces provided where answers can be filled in, or do you want option buttons that can be clicked. Do you want to email the skeet to people, or do you want to use hardcopy forms. Reason I have to make the distinction is because I have "Steve" as salutation. Steve, I have no regrets so far. Afterall, maybe we are not that different. ;) We are both outspoken.
