Cannot Delete Macro

I inherited an excel file.  When I open it, I receive a security warning for
a macro to enable or disable.  I do not want any macros associated with this
file.  Therefore, I  did Tools, Macro, Macro and looked for the macro name -
there is not names listed to delete.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

You also have to remove the modules on which the macros were stored have a
