how do you use macros???

how do you use macros. we kinda need it for our ICT coursework... pl
help if u can thx

Macros are really just recorded keystrokes, you press record on the macro
recorder, do something, and then press stop, when you run that macro it
repeats what you did. Anything more than that is programming and quite a bit
more difficult.
