You may need to be more detailed in your description of all of this.  

Tell sheet name and range and name used for your table, as
"on 'Table Sheet' I have a table that goes from A1 to D100 and is named
myTable..."
and also probably have to give almost a blow by blow description of the
process you use(d) to define the query so people can see where there might be
a problem.

My first suggestion would be to make sure that the Named ranges are really
referring to the areas that you mean for them to.  For example, if you THINK
that the name of the table is referring to A1:D100 but it is actually only
referring to A1:C100, then you probably won't get much back from column D.  

Is the missing data from a column at either the right or left 'edge' of the
table, or is it from a column in the middle?  If that's so, then my previous
idea may be very close to describing the problem.
