How can I change from the exel file extention .xlsx  to .xls ?

How can I change from the exel file extention .xlsx  to .xls ?
Since the other users can not open .xlsx  extention.

Hi

Open the file in XL2007.
Click circular Office button>Save As>Excel 97-2003 Workbook

Another option is to download the Office Compatibility pack.

Or if you go to the Office button and click on options (lower right hand
side). You can then select save and set a default save format so
you don't have to remember to save as the old format each time.
