Hi,
this is husnain from pakistan, i would like to know that what is Macros and
how to use it.
I m a new user and i just know the simple options like i can make simple
sheets using simple  formula i dont know that what are the logics for using
formula's i mean that how we insert IF conditions and what does it work.

Please tell me how can i learn Excel very professionaly.

IMPORTANT QUESTION:

I want to make a schedule for my office in that schedule i will have 3
shifts each shift is 8 Hours.
So i want to make this sheet very professionaly see scenario is that i have
two guys in night 6 in evening and 4 in morning now i want to make an
schedule for these guys for a month.
i want that i will just change the name in shifts and it will automaticaly
count and change shifts to these all guys automaticaly i will not do any
thing it would done automaticaly.

IS IT POSSIBLE ? if yes then can i do ?  if not then how can i learn please

Anne,

Thank you for these.  I have been programming in Excel for under two years
so I am still learning new things daily.  I am familiar with one or two of
the sites but the others are new to me.  That will change immediately!
