I'm using the mileage log., How do I total all the mileage?

This is the first time that I'm using the Mileage Log, How do I get the total>

Insert a row at bottom of existing log sheet below row 34.

In Mileage column J35 enter  =SUM(J7:J34)

Or look in E4 for the formula  =SUM(J7:J34)
