what is scalling,Margin and on-off gridlines

What are all that and how to do separate $ n its number?

All of the items you have asked about apply to the printed appearance of the
sheet.

Scaling is a setting you can use to force a wide sheet to fit in the width
of one sheet of paper, length of one sheet of paper, or both when it is
printed.
Margins are the margins reserved around the edges of the printed sheet, and
for any header or footer you may define for it.
Gridlines controls whether or not gridlines are printed on the paper when
you send it to the printer.

For separating $ from its number, I think you need to use Cells | Format |
Number and choose the Accounting option instead of the Currency format.
