Excel printing the top borders of the second page on page 1

Hi, I have list of data that requires borders and for some strange reason,
when I try to print page 1, it will carry the top cell borders of the next
page.  I would just get rid of the row border but if I do, I still get a few
dots on the bottom of page that represents the borders separating the columns.
It only happens on page 1 also, the next few pages are fine.

I have rows 3:8 printing at the top of every page.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I think I figured it out.  It seemed to be a spacing problem with centering
the page vertically
