Watermark for Worksheets

Does anyone have (Knowledge) of a "watermark" for excel sheets. I am
doing a budget form on a letter size sheet oriented portrait. Looking
for DRAFT running diagonally bottom to top on the page.

You can use WordArt. Fill with 25% gray, remove the lines and check
Semi-Transparent box. 2002 version of Excel you can set transparency from 0
to 100%.
