Hi
I fairly new to excel and added  the automatic list numbering to a
worksheet i am doing..So here is my problem I have and I hope you can
help me out. When i use the autmatic list numbering formula i set it
to go up to like five hundred lines .Now when i use it some times i
will only use a page full or a half page or 2 pages the problem i got
now is when i need to print this half pageor 2pages  it wants to print
all the pages includeing the blank one that i dont need. How do i get
it to print the pages with my information on it and leave the rest out
of it?I hope someone can help me Thanks alot for any Help!! :)

You could select the area you want to print and then, in the print dialog
box, click "selection" instead of "whole document" or whatever the default
is.

Alternatively, select the area you want, then go to File-->Print Area-->Set
Print Area and it will only print that range from now on.
