Hi,

Say you have columns A & B only, with serveral pages
worth of data; rather than print the two columns only on
each page (the default), is there a way to print them,
say, three columns (A & B) - to a page, therefore
reducing the ammount of sheets printed?

Many thanks.

Apologies, should have mentioned I'm using Excel 97 in
the previos post.

Hi Pete,

There is no facility to print   three sets of columns  A&B on a page
in Excel.    You can take a look at my page for some alternatives:
SNAKECOLS,  How to snake columns to use fewer pages
  http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/snakecol.htm

You should amend your post in the same thread not by starting
a new thread.
