Hi,

We have a problem printing from Excel 2k.  On 3 seperate
machines within a week, the users have complained they
can't print landscape, print preview and the printout are
in portrait.  Having said this, it's not all users!  I've
changed the drivers, tried alternate print servers.  The
problem seems to only occur to a couple of NT4 users, and
the printers are Laserjet 4 and Laserjet 5.  The PC's have
been re-imaged, and profiles deleted and re-created.  An
Admin login has the same problems, but most other users
can print ok.  Office version is 2000 SR-1.  Nothing has
changed on the network for months, so I'm confused as to
why it's doing this.  3 seperate users, in 3 seperate
locations.  The Laserjet 5 has been tried locally and
networked.  I'm completely flumoxed now, the only common
factor seems to be office 2k sr1 and NT4.  Upgrade to
Windows 2k can't be done due to the way they buy licenses.

Any help is appreciated!!

Many Thanks

Adam McGuire

The properties of the laserjet 5 allows you to change the orientation as
well.  This setting overides the orientation in Page Setup.
