Hi Chris,
If you have identified a problem to a version of Excel you have
not identified what versions of Excel are involved and particularly
what version you now have.
Since this involves a printer and printer drivers, you should also
be including your operating system and the printer. Printer driver
controls both printing and print preview but thanks for indicating
that you get same results in both.
Has anything else changed like possibly to or from a PostScript
printer.
Your printer settings, such as dimensions are not in Excel but are
set for your printer. So if you print Landscape to a printer that says
it is landscape then you would have a problem -- particlularly with
a PostScript printer. Check your printer definitions in the Control panel.
You should be able to type your email address into the email
address field, and your name into from field in Microsoft communities.
I don't use it -- most people active in the Microsoft newsgroups use
Outlook Express and avoid any web based interface to the
newsgroups unless they are behind a company firewall.
