I have entered a large number of family photos into a
file using a scanner.  With each photo I have typed the
necessary text.  I have the photos 'displayed as' LIST.
This shows all my typed information.  I need to compile a
separate typed list to send to members of the family and
it would be helpful if I could print this list from the
screen. However, everytime I try to print, it is always
the photo which will be printed.
Does anyone know a way around this problem?

Select the pictures and Right-click>Format Object>Properties.

Uncheck "Print Object".

OR select your text and copy to another sheet for printing.

OR in Page Setup>Sheet checkmark in "Draft" quality.
