Excel 2002 Print sheet tabs with in worksheet

How do you print the Tabs description on a workbook within the the worksheet
itself.?

Each tab has an apt# and tenant last name and would like to print on the
worksheet and not in the header or footer.

If you want the sheet name to print on the worksheet, try this formula,
where A1 is the cell in which you want the sheet name to print.

=MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("]",CELL("filename",A1))+1,255)
