I have an Excel 2000 worksheet (running on Win XP Pro) that is setup for
priting on 8.5 x 11" paper - - the sheet fits fine on the paper, however it
requires 7 sheets of paper to print. Here's the question: Is there a way
this sheet can be printed in reverse order, from page 7 to page 1? This is
needed so that many copies can be printed (handouts for training), and the
sheets will be in the correct order for binding.
Many thanks in advance for any guidance!

Hi,
I think you'll find the option to reverse output is a property of your
printer. Therefore, choose menu item File, Print... and select the
Properties... button against the printer you wish to use. I use a Canon
printer and under the Tab Finishing there is an option to reverse / collate
the output.
Hope this helps. Rob

Thanks, Rob, for your reply! The option you mention IS available when
printing normal (i.e., "Word") documents, but is not presented for Excel
sheets. I too am using a Canon (MPC5500) printer.
