I have a user who is trying to print an excel file to
postscript.  When they choose File Print and tick the
Print to file box after selecting a postscript printer,
the dialogue that appears only asks them for a file name.
It does not give them a choice of where to save it.

Can anyone help?

You have to type in the entire path and name.

e.g.  C:\the folder\to save in\filename.ps
