MS Office Forum / Excel / Printing / April 2004selected Cells
I have got a spread sheet and i want to print say column A and D so i select column A hold down CTRL and highlight column D i then go to print, however it prints it out on seperate pages, is there anyway to print it on 1 page. Thanks Michael Michael Excel doesn't allow non-contiguous range printing with out programming. The easiest work-around is to select columns B and C and Format>Hide. Select A and D to print. The hidden columns will not print.
