Hi Jim,
You can't get rid of automatic page breaks, they will change
as you insert/remove manual page breaks. You will have to start
your manual page breaks by looping from the beginning.
If you leave a big enough gap between manual page
breaks the automatic page break will force a page break,
I don't see a cause for concern.
It might even be possible for Excel to do your extra
page breaks for by using Data, Subtotals...
which you might look into if you are not familiar with them.
