You'll have to be much more specific - what do you mean by "I can't print"?
Does it enter the print queue and then just disappear? Do you get an error
message or does it just pretend to print and then not do so?

What version of Windows are you using? Have you checked on the HP website to
make sure you have the latest drivers?

I'm not saying we'll have the solution even with the answers to those
questions, but it's almost impossible to have a solution without them.
