I've already searched the Usenet groups here at Google for how to
print multiple excel worksheets to the same printed page, to save
paper. However, many of the posts I found dealt with earlier versions
of Excel or were dated, so I thought I'd post a new topic (the
solutions offered didn't work either).
Does anyone know if Excel 2002, SP 2 (from Office XP) can print
multiple worksheets to the same page?
I can't understand why there isn't a ready solution, since the amount
of paper being wasted makes no sense. (I am testing a reporting
application).
Please help if you know how!!

One way is to create a new worksheet and use Paste Picture Link.
Copy one element of data for printing and go to a new worksheet, press the
Shift key and choose Edit Paste Picture Link (this only displays when Shift
key is pressed and held).
The above can be done for each element of data and arranged as needed. The
original data if amended, will be updated on the worksheet used for
printing.
Hope this helps. Rob

Another way of manually doing something similar would
be to paste the table from Excel into something else
such as MS Word or other Office product. I don't do
much with MS Word but it might be possible that someone
familiar with word might be able to handle your request with
word macros.
But there is nothing in Excel to that, and I doubt that it
would be put into there. An Excel sheet will start a new
page, and if to a duplex printer it would start a new sheet.
A more common request is to take snake a one or two
columns together onto other columns on the page to
save paper. I know this is not your request but since it
is somewhat related. More information in

Thank you both for your advice. Unfortunately, since the reports are
often over 30 pages (worksheets) long, it isn't worthwhile to manually
create the snapshot links, or copy the material into Word.
I suppose we will continue wasting paper, unfortunately.
Thanks again for your replies.
