In Word document, its possible to print 4 pages of the
document onto 1 page (if you see what I mean..?!)

Does anyone know how to do the same with Excel??

Hi Rob,
There is no provision for that in Excel.

You can snake the columns with the help of a macro,
or an addin, or by copying into MS Word and having
Word do it.

SNAKECOLS,  How to snake columns to use fewer pages
Saving paper is not a feature of Excel.  Some tips and macros for snaking columns for smaller reports and to save paper. Some
similar macros to rearrange columns / rows to prepare data for address labels from various sources including some with database
tags.

Rob,

Paste Picture Link might be useful.

Highlight a range, and copy, move to a new sheet and click in a cell, now
holding the shift key, select Edit and Paste Picture Link, repeat with other
ranges than send your new sheet to the printer as a single page.

The good thing with using this link is that data changed is reflected in the
new sheet i.e. your print can stay current.

Hope this helps, Rob
