Dear Excelguru's,
Is it possible in VBA to define a certain printer tray
when I want to print a certain document?
We use several HP Laserjet4000 printers overhere.
They have 4 trays and by default when my Excel documents
are printed tray no 4 is selected (blank sheets)
However, I would want a document to be printed from tray
no.2 (pre-printed sheets with company logo etc.)
By the way, switching the pre-printed and the blank sheets
is no option, because our order confirmations, invoices
etc. would be printed on blank sheets.
My boss would kill me ;-)
so, basically i wanna know if it's possible to define the
printer tray through VBA??
Thanx in advance,
Mike

Solution from Bill Manville using Send Keys
and he notes: The keys you need to send are system and printer specific.

You will probably have to check some technical specifications
for your printer at the manufacture's site.
