Is there any way to omit certain cells from printing. I
have a sheet that contains some cells for inputs that I
don't want to print. I've tried to select the desired
cells and add them to the print range, but Excel gives
each selection a new page. Any ideas?
Rory, if the cells are all in one row or column you could hide them before
you print, or you could change the font color in the cells to white, or to
the background color if it is not white, print the sheet and change it back,
if this is something you do often you could record a macro when you do it
and then you will only have to run it next time

Depending on where the cells to omit are located, this may work:
1.. On the View menu, click Page Break Preview.
2.. Select the area you want to print.
3.. On the File menu, point to Print Area, and then click Set Print
Area.

Step 1 can be omitted, though - there is no need to go to the Pagebreak
Preview to set a print area.
