Some Excel documents with tow or more worksheets are sent page-by-page to
the printer when Entire Workbook option is checked (and some are sent as a
single multiage print job).

Is there anyway to ensure that, if Entire Workbook option is selected, a
single multiage print job would be sent to the printer?

Instead of using the entire workbook option you might try selecting all
of the worksheets (right-click on the first sheet tab and choose Select All
Sheets from the shortcut menu) and then just print using the default print
setting. Not absolutely sure this will solve your problem but it's worth a
try.

Unfortunately, that's not likely to help very much. One thing to be sure of
is that each worksheet is set to print at the same resolution. It's also
worth checking that margins etc. are the same throughout.

Your problem is a common one with no decent solution. You could try looking
here:

but the question is asked a lot more often than it is answered.
