Does anyone know the answer to the following?:
Whenever I receive an Excel file and try to print it, it
prints out extremely compressed vertically. In other
words, it is the right width, but the height has been
squashed flat.
I think this is because Excel has changed the paper size
to something very wide but not high. If you reset
the 'Advanced' paper size, it prints OK (but you have to
do this for each document, each time you open it).
Any ideas?

Hi Patrick,
File, Page Setup, Page (tab),
[x] Fit to __ pages wide by __ tall
The two numbers are independent of each other
you do not need to use both.
