We have a user with a strange problem.  She has an Excel sheet with a few
charts in it.  When she clicks on the print preview button then on setup, it
works fine.  When she clicks on file..print..then clicks on the preview
button in the printer dialog box, then clicks on setup, Excel locks up.  It
never stops responding, it just freezes, forcing her to get out through task
manager.  This does not happen on my system nor several other systems I've
tried it on.  Plus it only happens on only one printer (an HP 5500DN).  She
it using it to print 11x17 printouts.  I deleted and re-added this network
printer on her system.  It starting working for a while, but then the problem
started up again.  Has anyone ever run across this before?  It's got me
baffled.

Just a thought - have you checked the version of her printer driver?  Is
there an update available?
