I know of at least one macro add-in you can find freely with a quick search,
that will generate a separate sheet of the comments that could then be
enlarged (automatically or maually) as necessary. It's simple enough to
write the code to get the comments yourself, but tidying them up and
ensuring they all fit on a sheet nicely is a bit tricker.
