Hi Carla,
You might have used something like &31 which would
get you 31 of 72 point (1/2 inch).
Even though Excel you will find the characters in the VBE Help
F1 (VBE HELP) --> answer wizard -> Formatting Codes for Headers and Footers
If you want an ampersand to print you must double the ampersands
within the header or footer. AT&&T
Another place where you would see large numbers, and I don't think
you would see this in printing, but
View (menu), Turn off Page Breaks View by clicking on Normal View
