Hi,
Is there a command in Excel allowing excluding one or some cells from
printing, while they can remain visible on the screen.
Thanks in advance.

No there is not.

You could manually change the formatting of the cells-to-be-excluded to white
font.

If operation is repetitive you could record a macro while doing and undoing
the steps.

The code could be placed into a Before_Print routine in the ThisWorkbook
module.

with any color background including black,  that a white
font would be made visible on the screen.   Printing with
black ink,  or  file, page setup. sheets,  print B&W  would
make the cell invisible.  In fact without me setting that
it is invisible in my print preview.    And no macro would be
needed to change the font.
