I have a usergroup that is as follows

Dell GX Optiplex 280 w/ 512 Ram and Windows XP Pro
HP LJ 4000 Printer

The printer prints fine from Word and Internet.  It also prints from Excel
if the "number of copies" is 1.  If it is greater than 1, the second copy is
skewed and incorrect.

Tom:

Try unchecking the box labeled "collate" on the "Print" screen.  I believe
that the reason this will work is that, with "collate" checked, Excel sends
a separate print command for each copy; with "collate" unchecked, it sends a
single command to print a number of copies.  It may be that the "collate"
print commands after the first are screwed up (I believe that is the
technical term).  HTH.
