Hi,

is there a way to printing preferences (page setup) from one worksheet to
anotther. I know you can group worsheets and set the preferences once for
all, but if you are continuiously adding worksheets to a workbook it dosent
do any good.

thank you,

You can set some preferences by creating a new workbook with one sheet which
has the settings you require. Save this as a template (using the dropdown
box in the Save As dialog) and calling it sheet.xlt

(You might have to restart Excel now, but I don't think so). All new sheets
you create will now have the preferences you applied to sheet.xt. Bear in
mind, though, that prefs will be applied to sheets added to ALL workbooks.

That's the theory as I understand it. I have never tried putting it into
practice.

Paul C,
