I am trying to print to a no color HP LaserJet 1200 PCL.   Before I had my
new computer installed & all files transferred from old to new I was able to
preview font color on my preview screen.  Now alls it does is preview & print
in all black when on my main screen it shows in color. I have been able to
print different contrasts of font colors to gray & they print out just a
lighter version than black.  But now alls it prints out is just black even
thought my screen show gray.  Can anyone help me with this?  I do not know if
this has anything to do with my print drive or not.

Hi Scharme,
You printer may have additional settings but within Excel there is
File, Page Setup, Sheets,   Print Black and White

You may find additional information for similar problems on my colors page
