Nick,
I'm having the same problem. Re-installing te print drivers is just the
thing I do when I want to print. It doesn't solve the problem, just
temporarily. Opening a new excel-file brings back the problem.
In the mean time I had a new printer, new computer and new install of Office
2K3. Still the same problem. (Using SBS2K3 so profile was saved on
computer). Must be a settings problem, but can't find it! It's very
annoying.
Thanks for any ideas,
Jack

Can you delete and renew the profile? It seems that there may be something
in the application settings that has 'travelled' despite having a new local
client machine. After that, I'm stumped I'm afraid. Have you tried the
printer installed as a local printer?

Nick,
Deleting the profile is an option, but I'm afraid not an easy one.
I'm thinking about writing vb-code to delete and reinstall the printer...
;-)
Installing the printer locally is not an option: it's a complete 3-1 copier
in another room!
I'll think about removing the profile, thanks for your input.
