I expect that if other printers work to that device from the network
that the printer's address is not Ne06 -- a connection problem,
not an Excel problem. Check the paper, toner, etc.
Check the definition of what printer it is between those that work
and those that don't. It could be that you need to update your printer
drivers (hey it's HP used to be a lot more of a problem), like things
work on the newer PCs that have updated drivers.
I'm not a network person.

Thanks david,
Everything narrowed down to printer driver settings
Document set to print to A3 and printer could not work with this.
changed to A4 and printed fine for all users.
Have rolled back driver to PCL5 and A3 setting working fine now.
cheers for the help

Hi Steve,
Interesting, regressing a print driver.because of European paper
settings. Perhaps there are other drivers for Europe, if you dare
change anything that works

I live in the UK and have never come across specific print drivers to allow
for alternative paper sizes. A4/A3 etc are not European sizes but
international - it's North America that uses something different :-p
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A4_paper_size)
I would guess it's just the usual problem of HP printer drivers being
pathetic.
