Using a Dell Laptop when I check the "Print Preview" evertything looks fine
but when I press print the resulting print is much smaller in size, about 3/4
the original size.
I recently did a clean boot and reloaded WINXP and Office XP Professional.
Before the clean boot all office programs were fine.
Don't know whether the problem is with XP or the office.

I do not have any problems with the same files printing to the same printer
from a desktop running WIN98SE2.

Thanks in advance.

It sounds as if the print driver for the 9x machine and your notebook are
different.  Give that a try.

Does that help?

It looks like you were right.
Prior to getting your resoponse I did some troubleshooting and with WINXP on
the laptop I reverted to the original printer driver and all is fine now.
The updated driver recently downloaded must have been the problem.

Thanks

tom
