We are currently using and HP Laser 4. But when we print from Excel
the cells overlap the Data. This did not happen before, the user
states its been going on for two weeks, prior to that it printed fine.
I noticed that the driver she has installed on her PC is that of a HP
Laser 4M. Would the incorrect driver cause this? What other
possibilities are there aside from the driver that might cause this
problem when printing?
It's almost certainly the driver. Not necessarily because it's a 4M and not
4, but because HP printers are notoriously bad when it comes to printing in
Excel.
I suppose it might be something else, but there really is little point in
trying to think of alternative reasons until you've tried changing the
driver.
