Printing Right Most Column Borders

I have noticed for many years that excel, even with different versions, would
not print my right most column borders of the print area.  I simply would add
a blank column to the right side and extend the print area.

However now I need to print only a section of the spreadsheet, but cannot
use the empty column as the rest of the sheet must remain visible for
viewing.  The right most cell border at the side of the print area is not
showing up under print preview nor when printing.  I do not want to use
macros to solve for printing this sheet will be passed on to many others.

Thanks,

Dan

I got it.  All depends on which cell owns the border.
