Hi, I have a strange thing happening in a couple of cells in a worksheet, all
cells are formatted to allow Wrapping and Alt + Return is used for a next
line, all calls look fine when you are working on them, however when you
print or print preview some of the cells look as if an extra Alt+Return has
been used at the end of the last paragraph causing a blank row, I have tried
all manner of things to get rid of this unwanted line but cannot.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of these unwanted lines in the prinout, I
have tried various printers with different drivers incase it was that but it
did not help.

Thanks
David

Hi David,
When the  wrapping hits the right wall it will wrap to the next line, by
using   Alt+Enter   you are forcing a linefeed and in those cases
where there is no more space you are creating an additional line break.

Make the column a lot wider and look at it then make it narrower again.-
