cleaning custome header / custom footer drop down list

Is it possible to clear the custom header / custom footer drop down list in
page setup ? If yes how I can do it.

Hi Tony,
Possibly in the registry, but I don't think you can change in Excel or with a macro.
The question has been asked before and I don't think it got an answer that indicated
that you could remove them

You can remove the items from Custom Headers and Footers by just deleting
them.

You cannot remove the default Headers and Footers.
