Hi, I have a query that outputs about 35 columns in excel. Each column
is only ever going to have 2 or 3 rows so when I go to print Excel
wants to print 3 rows per page on about 10 pages. I would ideally like
to get all the information on one or two pages.

My print preview shows that it's printing about 3 columns per page. It
doesn't make sense in this case to change the font size or the page
margins. There must be a better way.

Is there a way to manage the columns (regardless of the number of rows)
so that it prints like this?

---

Instead of like this: --- --- ---

Thanks,
Mike

Mike, might I suggest that you copy the cells concerned, use Paste Special,
Transpose, and then you would have 35 rows by 2 or 3 columns, which should
print out how you require.
