Hi,

I need some help.  I have several excel files and I need to print all
the worksheets in an alphabetical order (based on the worksheet name).
Please help.

Thanks
Fari

Hi Fari,
To Reorder your worksheets into Alphabetical order see
  http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/buildtoc.htm#sortallsheets

Not as much fun but you can reorder sheets by  dragging the sheet tab.

To print a group of worksheets you can group them
  by selecting sheet tabs
        Select additional sheet  with  Ctrl
Select a range of sheets with  Shift
Select all sheets  by right clicking on the sheet tab
To  unselect all sheets, click on an ungroup sheet, or right click on sheet tab,  then Ungroup

It is important to ungroup your sheets when done, because any change you make manually
to one sheet in the group will be done to all sheets in the group.   So it can be a great aid or
it can destroy your workbook if not careful.

If not familiar with macros see

Dear David,

Thank you so much.  The macro has made my life a lot easier.  It works
for me.  Thanks so much.
