How do you print the path of the file as a header or footer?

Depends upon which version of Excel you are running.

Excel 2002 and newer give you the option in the Custom Footer/Header.

Older versions require a macro.

Sub PathInFooter()
   ActiveSheet.PageSetup.RightFooter = ActiveWorkbook.FullName & " " & _
           ActiveSheet.Name & " " & Application.UserName & " " & Date
End Sub

Strip out the bits you don't want and change RightFooter to whatever.
